The purpose of the processing is the management of the reservation for the requested trip and navigation through its website.

FL informs you that, when filling in the booking form on our website, the User's personal information that is stored on FL’S servers includes the User's name and full postal address, as well as e-mail address, VAT number and telephone number.

Under no circumstances will FL store the credit card details or other means of payment provided by the User through this website in its own data files or those belonging to third parties.

FL's policy with respect to electronic mail is focused on sending only communications that are useful to the User and that he/she has requested to receive. The only communications that you will receive, without prejudice to your request in any process of perfecting the reservation or registration of personal data, will be those relating to the confirmation of the registration of your information in FL's private database, and the confirmation of your reservation after completing the process of payment of the guarantee of the same.

The reservation shall be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.

Additional communications may include password reminders or copies of booking requests upon request. In the latter cases, these communications are in response to processes requested and initiated by the User.

Thus, when the User makes a reservation through the Website and provides his/her e-mail address, he/she will not be contacted by e-mail at any time about offers and promotions, unless he/she has explicitly requested this during the process of completing his/her reservation or registration of personal data.

In the event that the services are specifically aimed at minors, FL will request the consent of parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of data.

FL is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of those that are indicated by other sources, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.

MP is exonerated from liability for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by FL, provided that it comes from outside sources.
